Happy to announce that on November 28-29 the HERCULES project had its consortium meeting (18-month meeting), which was held online.
Key Achievements and Progress:

- High thermomechanical strength.
- Computational Advancements - Explored advancements in computational material research, including:
- Fluid flow, heat, and mass transfer in porous structures
- Reactor design optimization and system-level analysis.
- Reactor Development - Extensive discussion on reactor development including high-temperature insulation, and electrical heating systems.
- LCA & Techno-Economics - Our experts shared preliminary Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) and techno-economic analysis results, setting the direction for future research.
